What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Manage a 50% maintenance / 50% new‑project infrastructure backlog with clear schedules, dependencies, and progress visibility.
• Lead a senior 4‑person infrastructure team, driving accountability, timelines, and issue escalation.
• Build quarterly and annual infrastructure roadmaps and convert them into bi‑weekly or monthly delivery plans.
• Provide executive‑level reporting covering scope, resources, status, risks, and projected ROI/cost.
• Coordinate operational infrastructure projects across Windows/Linux servers, storage, virtualization, networking, upgrades, and EOL replacements.
• Identify recurring or manual maintenance work and propose automation or process‑streamlining opportunities with DevOps or engineering teams.
• Use Jira for work intake and roadmap management, and Microsoft Project/Excel for timelines, capacity planning, and delivery tracking.
• Oversee sequencing and planning of infrastructure workloads across Windows, Linux, storage, networking, virtualization, and related systems.
• Support issue triage and troubleshooting across infra layers when needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage work across multiple time zones.
• Apply Agile/Scrum or Waterfall delivery—methodology flexibility is accepted as long as deadlines are clear and commitments met.
• Support tool improvement initiatives, time‑tracking integrations, or other PM tooling enhancements.
• Factor in cloud environment considerations (approx. 70% Microsoft / 30% Linux/AWS) into planning.
  

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure project management or IT project delivery.
• Strong infrastructure background covering Windows, Linux, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud mix environments.
• Proven project management capability in building roadmaps, breaking down deliverables, driving timelines, managing dependencies, and achieving on‑time delivery.
• Hands‑on proficiency with Jira (intake, backlog, roadmaps), Microsoft Project (Gantt/timelines), and Excel (tracking, capacity, analysis).
• Ability to create clear executive‑ready reporting, covering risks, issues, ROI/cost justification, and delivery confidence.
• Strong communication abilities and excellent written and spoken English.
• High ownership, ability to work with minimal oversight, and capacity to lead cross‑functional teams across time zones.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and ability to manage shifting priorities in fast‑paced environments.
• Preferred: Troubleshooting ability across infra layers, DevOps/Kubernetes exposure, scripting/automation familiarity, and additional PM tooling experience.
