What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Own Microsoft 365 tenant‑level administration, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams integration, and OneDrive management
• Act as the primary SharePoint Online owner, ensuring site architecture, permissions, performance, reliability, and scalability
• Define and enforce SharePoint governance frameworks, preventing content duplication and clarifying usage between Teams (working content) and SharePoint (official content)
• Design and maintain information architecture, including metadata, taxonomy, and content lifecycle management
• Manage security and access controls using role‑based permissions, sensitive data handling, and external sharing practices
• Lead user experience improvements through optimized navigation, Microsoft Search, dashboards, and intranet/digital workplace solutions
• Create and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows, and Power Apps integrated with SharePoint
• Support non‑technical users at scale by translating technical concepts into simple, actionable guidance
• Coordinate basic support awareness (e.g., password routing, Tier 1 escalation flows), especially for evening and weekend coverage
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors to deliver scalable and secure collaboration solutions

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in SharePoint administration, specifically SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365
• Proven ownership of Microsoft 365 tenant‑level configuration, policies, and governance
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online site management, permissions, structure, and modern cloud experience
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Teams ↔ SharePoint ↔ OneDrive integration
• Demonstrated background in SharePoint migration projects, including on‑premise to cloud or version upgrades
• Advanced knowledge of information architecture, including metadata design, taxonomy, and content lifecycle management
• Solid experience in security and compliance, including role‑based access control, access reviews, sensitive content protection, and external sharing awareness
• Practical experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, including dashboard creation and workflow automation
• Exposure to intranet or digital workplace implementations and change management/user adoption
• Experience supporting non‑technical users at enterprise scale
• Systems‑level thinker capable of designing scalable, long‑term structures
• Strong English communication skills, able to simplify complex technical topics
• User‑experience focused, collaborative, and capable of working across functions and verticals
