What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial records
• Lead and execute month‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account analysis
• Perform detailed account reconciliations, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory accounts
• Handle inventory accounting, including tracking, valuation, and reconciliation across systems
• Perform Shopify and Amazon Seller Central reconciliations, including sales, refunds, returns, discounts, sales tax or VAT, platform fees, and payouts
• Perform SaaS and payment platform reconciliations for Apple, Stripe, and Google, including revenue, refunds, deferred revenue considerations, fees, and cash settlements
• Reconcile transactions and balances within NetSuite, ensuring system integrity and data accuracy
• Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and resolve issues within established timelines
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to audit inquiries
• Collaborate with operations, e‑commerce, and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Take ownership of ad hoc accounting responsibilities, supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory functions as required
• Continuously improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation
  

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 4+ years of experience in general ledger or corporate accounting
• Proven experience leading month‑end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Hands‑on experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory reconciliations
• Strong background in inventory accounting, including valuation and cross‑system reconciliation
• Practical experience reconciling e‑commerce platforms, including Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
• Experience supporting SaaS or payment platform reconciliations, including Apple, Stripe, and Google
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP and system reconciliations
• Experience supporting audit activities and preparing audit documentation
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and reconcile large data sets
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
