What is your mission?

• Review customer-submitted artwork, logos, and engraving files for quality, accuracy, and production readiness
• Evaluate file types, resolution, sizing, line thickness, spacing, placement, and engraving compatibility
• Determine if artwork will engrave cleanly on drinkware and curved surfaces, recommending improvements when needed
• Communicate artwork limitations, revisions, and production concerns to internal teams and stakeholders
• Convert artwork into production-ready formats for laser engraving and manufacturing
• Perform vectorization and recreation of logos, converting JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, and AI files into engraving-ready formats
• Clean, enhance, resize, simplify, and adjust low-resolution or poor-quality artwork for production requirements
• Prepare and validate final art files for production teams and engraving vendors ensuring compliance with specifications
• Create and revise customer mockups and proofs showing accurate logo placement, scale, and engraving layout
• Support wholesale, corporate, and direct-to-consumer customization projects from mockup to production approval
• Maintain consistency in branding, engraving layouts, and customization guidelines
• Develop customer-facing documents outlining artwork requirements, engraving guidelines, and file submission standards
• Define and optimize canvas sizes, engraving areas, safe zones, bleed, and placement based on product specifications
• Adjust artwork to fit curved drinkware surfaces and product dimensions
• Build and maintain product templates, mockup files, and production artwork systems
• Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, customer service, and production teams to support custom orders and collateral
• Design sell sheets, catalogs, trade show materials, product sheets, and internal guides
• Organize and manage artwork files, approvals, version control, and asset libraries for easy accessibility
• Identify workflow gaps, process inefficiencies, and quality risks, recommending actionable improvements

Who are we looking for?

• Relevant education or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field
• At least 1+ year of experience in graphic design, production design, or engraving-related roles
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Advanced experience with vector artwork, file conversion, and formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG)
• Ability to convert raster images into clean vector files and recreate artwork when needed
• Solid understanding of engraving, laser marking, print production, and manufacturing file requirements
• Experience creating mockups, proofs, and production-ready artwork
• Strong knowledge of resolution, vector versus raster, line weight, spacing, typography, sizing, and artwork cleanup
• Experience designing for physical products, drinkware, curved surfaces, and engraving applications
• Familiarity with Shopify customization workflows, personalization systems, or order-based production processes is an advantage
• Strong capability in file organization, version control, and asset management systems
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive production tasks
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
