We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Production Artist – Regulatory Art I to support the creation, adaptation, and production of regulatory artwork for product packaging, labels, tags, markings, and related assets. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining regulatory and compliance artwork, preparing production-ready files, revising layouts based on stakeholder requirements, and ensuring consistency with branding, packaging, and regulatory standards. The position works closely with cross-functional teams and US-based stakeholders to manage artwork updates, product line extensions, approvals, and production deliverables while maintaining accuracy, quality, and efficiency across multiple product categories. Success in this role requires expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, packaging artwork production, layout design, and regulatory art management from concept through final output.



What is your mission?

  • Create and develop regulatory artwork for product tags, labels, bottom markings, packaging components, and related assets.
  • Design and maintain base and lid artwork according to design specifications, branding standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Adapt, edit, and revise existing regulatory and compliance artwork based on product updates, market requirements, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Create derivative artwork for new products added to existing assortments and product categories.
  • Manage regulatory artwork projects from concept development through final production and approval.
  • Prepare, revise, and output production-ready files using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ensure artwork accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regulatory, technical, and brand requirements.
  • Collaborate with Creative Design, Industrial Design, Product Management, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support artwork development and project delivery.
  • Coordinate with US-based stakeholders and functional partners regarding project updates, reviews, approvals, and artwork requirements.
  • Attend project and regulatory artwork meetings to provide status updates and support project execution.
  • Track tasks, project progress, productivity, and artwork requests using Smartsheet and related workflow tools.
  • Support regulatory artwork requirements across multiple product categories and sales channels.
  • Provide creative and technical support for packaging design initiatives and ad hoc production requests.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of materials, textures, and print production properties that impact final artwork output.
  • Serve as a regional point of coordination for regulatory artwork consistency and implementation.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements, workflow optimization, and regulatory artwork best practices.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design, production art, packaging artwork, regulatory artwork, or related creative design functions.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience creating, editing, adapting, and preparing regulatory artwork, compliance markings, packaging layouts, labels, tags, and related product graphics.
  • Strong skills in layout design, artwork production, file preparation, typography, and visual consistency.
  • Knowledge of packaging artwork production, print-ready file preparation, branding guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to translate design requirements into accurate and production-ready artwork deliverables.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong Illustrator, Photoshop, design adaptation, layout, and artwork production capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and US-based business partners.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project tracking and workflow management tools is an advantage.
  • Additional experience in creative tools, multimedia design, or video editing is a plus but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
