Procurement Coordinator

​ We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator who manages purchase orders, vendor coordination, and procurement processes. This role focuses on purchase order creation, invoice verification, supplier coordination, and record maintenance. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient procurement workflows while supporting operations and accounting teams.


What is your mission?

  • Review and validate purchase order requests to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness
  • Create and manage purchase orders, including monitoring order status, transportation, and follow-through
  • Maintain high accuracy in product SKUs, pricing, quantities, and shipping instructions
  • Issue and close purchase orders as required
  • Maintain up-to-date procurement records and documentation
  • Verify received goods against purchase orders, invoices, and freight documentation
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain order status updates and delivery confirmations
  • Resolve discrepancies and updates related to purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries
  • Perform regular purchase order reviews and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with operations and accounting teams for invoice reconciliation and order validation
  • Support procurement of office supplies and operational purchases
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and standards


Who are we looking for?

  • Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, policies, and procedures
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, particularly related to invoicing and reconciliation
  • Experience managing purchase orders, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking and reporting
  • Basic technical understanding of goods or services being procured, considered an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction handling
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • High level of accountability, reliability, and process adherence
