What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Conduct Training Needs Identification and Analysis and prepare comprehensive training assessment reports
• Research current and emerging trends in data analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
• Design and develop training decks, workbooks, assessments, and hands‑on exercises using real‑world analytics use cases
• Create training handouts, learning materials, and promotional assets using Canva or similar design tools
• Prepare training calendars, invitations, and logistical requirements
• Partner with subject matter experts to co‑facilitate analytics and technical trainings
• Support leadership in building and maintaining quarterly training roadmaps
• Facilitate engaging data analytics, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related professional development trainings
• Demonstrate practical, hands‑on expertise during training delivery
• Monitor participant attendance, engagement, and compliance with training guidelines
• Support internal and external facilitators during training implementation
• Evaluate training effectiveness, conduct follow‑through sessions, and prepare post‑training reports
• Facilitate post‑training reinforcement activities to ensure learning retention and application

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical or instructional design training
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, Microsoft Excel, and/or Power BI roles or training environments
• Proven experience in training facilitation, instructional design, or analytics‑focused roles
• Strong hands‑on proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and core data analytics concepts
• Demonstrated ability to conduct training needs analysis and develop structured learning curricula
• Experience creating training decks, workbooks, assessments, and interactive exercises
• Ability to demonstrate practical, real‑world analytics applications during facilitation
• Proficiency in Canva or equivalent tools for training and marketing materials
• Exposure to training evaluation methods, effectiveness reporting, and basic analytics reporting
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong instructional presence, problem‑solving ability, and project management skills
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and effective in fast‑paced, multi‑training environments
