What is your mission?

• Coordinate and manage inbound shipments from origin including air and sea freight tracking
• Monitor and maintain shipment tracking reports and ensure real-time visibility
• Coordinate customs clearance activities with customs brokers and logistics partners
• Process and review import/export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
• Perform HTS Code and tariff classification handling and validation
• Execute Purchase Order receiving transactions in ERP systems (Oracle EBS) to trigger inventory posting and payment processing
• Ensure timely and accurate inventory receipt, validation, and audit activities in the warehouse system
• Calculate dimensions, and cube metrics for shipments (cartons, pallets, containers)
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents for customs clearance and accounts receivable
• Obtain and evaluate freight quotes from carriers and forwarders
• Identify and resolve shipment exceptions such as customs holds, discrepancies, and misdeclarations
• Maintain and update KPI reports for factory and logistics performance tracking
• Support data reporting and analytics using Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics execution
• Provide temporary support for outbound transactions during onboarding phase
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives in logistics and documentation workflows

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3+ years experience in a multinational 3PL/4PL logistics environment with exposure to international shipping workflows
• Proven experience in import/export documentation processing and end-to-end shipment lifecycle management (track and trace)
• Demonstrated expertise in creating commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin and understanding customs documentation requirements
• Strong working knowledge of inbound shipment coordination, customs compliance, and logistics operations
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS preferred) and familiarity with TMS/WMS and CRM platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and strong skills in Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to perform accurate system transactions, inventory processing, and data validation
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and numerical data handling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to coordinate across global stakeholders
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage internal and external relationships
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, night shift environment
