We are looking for a Network Support Engineer who ensures stable, secure, and high‑performing network environments across multiple client infrastructures. This role focuses on network monitoring, troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and security support involving routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless technologies. You will resolve network incidents, support upgrades and security controls, document configurations, and collaborate with technical teams to continuously improve network reliability and performance.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Monitor, maintain, and support network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
  • Ensure network stability, availability, and performance across multiple client environments
  • Respond to and resolve network‑related incidents in a timely and structured manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, and security issues
  • Use network monitoring and troubleshooting tools to identify root causes and resolve issues
  • Escalate complex network problems and collaborate with information technology teams for resolution
  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components
  • Support network upgrades, configuration changes, and new technology implementations
  • Provide support for VPNs, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall configurations
  • Implement and maintain network security controls to protect against cyber threats
  • Support firewall rules, access controls, and secure remote connectivity
  • Follow security best practices and company standards to protect client environments
  • Collaborate with information technology professionals to design and implement network solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to improve network reliability and performance
  • Deliver basic training and support to end users on network technologies and best practices
  • Document network configurations, changes, incidents, and procedures for future reference
  • Stay current with networking trends, tools, and emerging technologies


Who are we looking for?

  • 2–3+ years of experience in Level 1 Network Support
  • Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment supporting multiple client networks
  • Proven ability to handle multiple client environments while maintaining service quality
  • Hands‑on experience supporting Cisco Meraki and Cisco networking technologies
  • Hands‑on experience supporting SonicWall firewalls
  • Experience using network monitoring tools, preferably Auvik or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of core networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPN basics
  • Hands‑on experience supporting Windows operating systems as the primary network environment
  • Basic familiarity with macOS environments supporting limited Apple device users
  • Experience using enterprise ticketing systems for incident tracking and escalation
  • Excellent English communication skills for clear customer and internal coordination
  • Strong ticket documentation skills ensuring accurate issue tracking and resolution history
  • Clear and professional customer communication approach
