We are looking for an HR Support who will support onboarding, employee records, employment verification, lifecycle changes, compliance processing, HR systems updates, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination across multiple internal stakeholders. The role requires strong accuracy in HRIS management, knowledge of US labor laws, and the ability to execute detailed HR workflows with consistency and speed.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Reviews new hire forms and ensures all onboarding documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Manually enters new hire information into Lyric HR after ICIMS onboarding completion.
  • Conducts post‑onboarding audits to confirm completion of all requirements in Lyric HR.
  • Builds and maintains employee positions for new hires and position/status changes, including minor updates.
  • Prepares and processes offer letters for new hires and employment changes.
  • Completes Form I‑9 verification and handles Section 2 processing via the ADP portal.
  • Reviews E‑Verify results to support community‑level compliance.
  • Maintains accurate employment files according to company policy and labor regulations.
  • Reviews termination forms, coordinates with Payroll for final pay, and finalizes terminations in Lyric HR.
  • Processes employee change requests with required approvals before system updates.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding rehire eligibility and employee status.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of state and local US labor laws, including termination rules, overtime, CA/NV penalty pay, reporting time rules, and severance guidelines.
  • Generates dated compliance reports and ad hoc HR reports.
  • Navigates HR/timekeeping tools including ADP LyricUKG, and Kronos.
  • Ensures HR data accuracy and supports audits or internal reviews.
  • Communicates clearly with internal communities regarding HR processes, corrections, and required actions.
  • Supports cross‑functional teams on HR document requests and reporting needs.


Who are we looking for?

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or other HR‑aligned programs.
  • Experience in HR operations, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processing.
  • Hands‑on experience with ADP Lyric, Workforce Manager, or ADP Workforce Now.
  • Experience processing new hires, employee changes, and terminations with strong accuracy.
  • Knowledge of I‑9 and E‑Verify processes.
  • Ability to execute data‑entry‑heavy HR work with precision (approx. 80%).
  • Experience updating payroll‑related data such as Direct Deposit, W‑4, and personal information.
  • Experience generating HRIS reports, preferably within ADP.
  • Professional communication skills for handling HR inquiries and escalation paths.
  • High attention to detail, strong documentation accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.
