We are looking for a Full-Stack Graphic Designer who leads visual execution across marketing channels and multiple brands. This role focuses on high‑quality graphic design, brand consistency, content and campaign assets, light motion support, and strong project management. You will deliver fast, polished creative outputs for digital, web, and marketing initiatives while managing multiple priorities and ensuring consistent visual standards.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Design high‑quality visual assets across digital, web, email, and marketing channels
  • Create and maintain branding elements, including logos, brand systems, and visual identities
  • Design social media creatives, paid advertising visuals, and campaign assets
  • Produce email designs, banners, templates, presentations, one‑pagers, whitepapers, and reports
  • Design website layouts and landing pages aligned with marketing goals
  • Maintain visual consistency across all brands, platforms, and touchpoints
  • Create blog graphics, infographics, and supporting content visuals
  • Develop campaign asset systems for use across multiple marketing channels
  • Edit short‑form video content and apply basic motion graphics, transitions, and text overlays
  • Repurpose long‑form content into short video clips for distribution
  • Write basic captions and headlines to support marketing assets and formatting
  • Manage multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously across brands
  • Track deadlines, priorities, deliverables, and workflows using project management tools
  • Communicate progress, risks, and timeline updates clearly and proactively
  • Identify workflow gaps and improve design and production efficiency
  • Adapt visual direction, tone, and execution based on brand identity and audience
  • Execute independently with full ownership, speed, and attention to detail


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3–6+ years of professional experience in graphic design or creative roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing modern, high‑quality design work across digital and marketing assets
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for production and brand consistency
  • Strong experience using Figma for web, layout, and landing page design
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Basic video editing experience using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
  • Working knowledge of marketing design principles, including conversion‑focused visuals
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands and concurrent projects
  • Strong organizational and workflow management skills with consistent on‑time delivery
  • Excellent attention to detail and modern visual sensibility
  • Independent, accountable, and execution‑driven working style
  • Clear English communication skills for collaboration and progress reporting
