What is your mission?

• Support migration from Sage Intacct to Workday, ensuring operational continuity of financial processes
• Assist in configuration, validation, and deployment of Workday Financial modules
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate finance workflows
• Align business requirements with system configuration in partnership with implementation teams
• Support process optimisation initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
• Assist in designing a scalable finance operating model post-migration
• Perform data mapping, cleansing, and validation of financial data from legacy systems
• Ensure accurate migration of chart of accounts, transaction data, vendor/customer records, and historical data
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to maintain integrity
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation, reporting, and reconciliation improvements
• Collaborate on implementing automation and AI-driven finance solutions
• Work closely with finance, HR, payroll, IT, and implementation partners
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Document financial workflows, system configurations, and data mappings
• Provide updates on migration progress, system readiness, and reporting requirements
• Support Workday go-live, stabilisation, and post-implementation troubleshooting
• Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements and enhancements
  

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and finance operations
• Proven experience in Workday implementation or migration projects involving Workday Financials
• Experience in data migration, data validation, and financial systems workflows
• Strong understanding of financial data flows across finance, HR, and payroll systems
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar financial systems is an advantage
• Background in financial systems transformation or digital finance projects is a plus
• Experience working in multi-entity or multi-department environments is preferred
• Strong skills in Excel and data analysis
• Ability to analyse and document business requirements effectively
• Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and managing deliverables
