Financial & Operations Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical Finance and Operations Analyst to support financial analysis, operational reporting, KPI tracking, and executive presentation development, transforming financial and operational data into actionable business insights to drive decision-making. The role involves data consolidation, reporting automation, variance analysis, and performance tracking while supporting leadership with accurate and timely reporting.


What is your mission?

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, inefficiencies, and performance drivers
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests and provide actionable insights for leadership
  • Evaluate operational performance and profitability metrics
  • Investigate reporting discrepancies and recommend solutions
  • Prepare and maintain recurring KPI, sales, and operational reports
  • Consolidate and organize data from multiple systems and sources
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting outputs
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates, dashboards, charts, and KPI visualizations
  • Support reporting automation and process streamlining initiatives
  • Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and analytical summaries
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into simplified reports
  • Support leadership meetings with reports, analysis, and insights
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Support cross-functional reporting and analysis initiatives
  • Manage recurring workflows, reporting cycles, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, operations analysis, business analysis, or FP and A roles
  • At least 1 year experience working with a US-based company
  • Experience in KPI reporting, operational reporting, and data analysis
  • Experience supporting executive or leadership reporting and cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple reporting cycles and priorities simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, nested formulas, large data sets)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive presentation development
  • Experience in data consolidation, KPI tracking, and reporting automation
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and operational data
  • Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and data visualization tools
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms
  • Exposure to Power Query or reporting automation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proactive and process improvement-oriented mindset
