You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, inefficiencies, and performance improvement opportunities
• Support ad hoc analysis requests from leadership and business teams
• Evaluate operational performance drivers and profitability metrics
• Investigate data discrepancies and reporting issues, identifying root causes and solutions
• Translate raw data into actionable business insights for decision‑making
• Prepare and maintain recurring KPI, operational, and sales reporting packages
• Consolidate and organize data from multiple systems and sources
• Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
• Support management reporting cycles and business review meetings
• Maintain and update reporting templates, dashboards, charts, and KPI visualizations
• Assist in reporting automation and process optimization initiatives
• Develop executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations and analytical summaries
• Present data insights in clear, concise, and visually effective formats
• Support leadership with timely reporting, analysis, and presentation materials
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across reporting and operations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business initiatives and performance tracking
• Manage multiple reporting workflows and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in Finance Analyst, Operations Analyst, FP and A, reporting, or business analytics roles
• 1+ year of experience working with a United States‑based company or market environment
• Hands‑on experience building KPI reports, conducting data analysis, and supporting operational reporting
• Proven experience supporting leadership or executive reporting and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, nested formulas, and large dataset analysis
• Strong PowerPoint expertise for executive‑level presentation development
• Ability to build structured, clean, and executive‑ready reporting packages
• Strong capability to analyze financial statements and operational data
• Experience in KPI tracking, reporting automation, and data consolidation
• Experience using Power BI for dashboards and data visualization
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Power Query or reporting automation tools
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking capability
• High attention to detail and data accuracy discipline
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
