We are looking for an experienced Tooling Designer to lead the design and development of high-precision injection molds, jigs, fixtures, and electrodes. This role is key to ensuring our tooling meets manufacturing, quality, and product design standards.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Design and develop tooling: injection molds, molded attachments, electrodes, jigs, and fixtures

  • Modify existing tooling to improve performance and resolve production issues

  • Collaborate with design, development, and manufacturing teams for alignment

  • Produce detailed technical and assembly drawings with proper tolerances

  • Support prototyping and in-house validation of tool designs

  • Maintain accurate documentation of tooling designs and modifications

  • Participate in design reviews and give technical input on manufacturability

Who are we looking for?

  • 10+ years of experience in injection mold design, toolmaking, or tool room operations

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., Inventor, AutoCAD)

  • Experience with CAM programming and CNC machining

  • Strong understanding of molding processes and tool construction

  • Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills

  • Average verbal and written communication skills
