What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Proactively sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Reviewing job descriptions of assigned roles and participating in calibration calls when necessaryScreening applicant resumes and conducting in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and job alignment.
• Scheduling and coordinating client interviews with candidates in a timely manner, aligned with client availability.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to cultivate a talent pipeline.
• Promoting the company’s employer brand by ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience.
• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate tracking, proper documentation, and compliance with internal hiring policies
• Meeting or exceeding monthly hiring targets

Who are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, results-driven, and goal-oriented approach to recruitment.
