What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Walk customers through the installation and operation of electronic devices.

  • Troubleshoot and provide actionable solutions for equipment-related issues.

  • Offer technical documentation for detailed instructional support.

  • Escalate complex cases to senior analysts or support technicians when necessary.

  • Maintain and enhance automated technical support systems for customer use.

  • Recommend products or repairs to customers based on their needs.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service.


Who are we looking for?

  • 2-3 years of experience in technical support, specifically handling electronic devices (e.g., fixed locks, digital locks, IT hardware).

  • Mechanically inclined with knowledge of low-voltage systems.

  • Proficient in providing troubleshooting guidelines and asking probing questions.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Capable of managing a high volume of calls effectively.
