We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead, Credit to oversee a group of professionals in customer service, credit support, and order processing. In this role, you’ll drive team performance, delegate tasks effectively, and personally contribute to day-to-day operations. What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Lead and manage a team while also performing individual customer service and credit-related tasks.

  • Delegate work based on established procedures and best practices within the function.

  • Align team activities with department and business goals to drive performance and efficiency.

  • Adapt coaching and leadership styles to individual team member needs using trained techniques.

  • Monitor team operations, including productivity, accuracy, attendance, and service level performance.

  • Keep the team updated on product updates, process changes, customer expectations, and company announcements.

  • Standardize and improve team procedures to boost consistency and productivity.

  • Resolve employee grievances and foster a harmonious team environment.

  • Conduct timely performance evaluations and provide feedback and guidance.

  • Collaborate closely with Credit Managers to influence department direction and strategy.

  • Ensure full compliance with company standards, policies, and expectations.

  • Perform other duties as needed to support department success.


Who are we looking for?

  • 4–6 years of experience in credit support, order entry, or customer service roles.

  • Supervisory or team leadership experience is highly preferred.

  • Excellent customer service orientation and organizational skills.

  • Strong multitasking abilities and proven problem-solving skills.

  • Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to a collaborative work culture.

  • Demonstrates team spirit and contributes to maintaining a supportive environment.

  • Resolves problems efficiently and manages emotional or high-pressure situations with composure.

  • Reliable and punctual, ensuring responsibilities are covered during absences.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret policies and write routine reports or correspondence.
