What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Prepare federal and state income tax returns including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, and 1120 and ensure compliance with U.S. tax rules.
• Prepare and maintain tax workpapers, schedules, and supporting documentation with accuracy.
• Organize, categorize, and reconcile client source documents to ensure complete and validated tax inputs.
• Draft complete tax returns for senior review, finalize revisions, and ensure accurate filing.
• Communicate with clients regarding missing information, clarifications, and tax-related inquiries through email and phone.
• Assist with basic tax research tasks as required and support multi-state filings, especially New York State (NYS).

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience preparing U.S. individual and business income tax returns.
• Proficiency in Lacerte tax software; strong understanding of federal tax rules, state filing requirements, multi-state filings, and familiarity with sales tax and payroll concepts is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong ability to manage multiple deadlines, and strong organizational and documentation skills.
