We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to help identify and engage top talent for finance, accounting, business administration, and tech roles. In this role, you will partner closely with Recruiters to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates, using creative sourcing strategies and leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques. You’ll support the recruitment process from sourcing through interview coordination, while maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (TargetRecruit).

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Build and nurture pipelines of qualified candidates for assigned positions
Collaborate with Recruiters to align talent with job openings
Use innovative sourcing strategies, including social media and referrals
Conduct Boolean searches using advanced operators
Maintain candidate records in TargetRecruit ATS
Schedule and coordinate interviews, offering candidates prep guidance

Who are we looking for?

At least 1 year of sourcing experience in finance, accounting, business admin, or tech roles
Proficient in Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably TargetRecruit)
Strong English communication skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt
Must be willing to work onsite and align with CST hours
