We are looking for a Talent Recruitment Specialist who will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s continued growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and teams to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and promoting a positive employer brand throughout every stage of the hiring journey.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels:

    • Job boards

    • Social media

    • Professional networks

    • Employee referrals

  • Review and evaluate resumes to determine candidate suitability

  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess:

    • Technical skills

    • Cultural fit

    • Alignment with job requirements

  • Schedule and coordinate client interviews with candidates

  • Ensure all interviews are arranged in a timely manner based on client availability

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with:

    • Candidates

    • Hiring managers

    • External partners

  • Maintain open communication to ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience

  • Promote the company’s employer brand through a seamless, candidate-friendly recruitment process

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including:

    • Candidate tracking

    • Accurate documentation

    • Adherence to internal hiring policies and compliance requirements


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, results-driven, and goal-oriented approach to recruitment.
