What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income, cash flow)

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• Process AP/AR transactions with accuracy and timeliness

• Monitor and forecast cash flow

• Assist with audit preparation and tax filings

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial analysis and reporting

• Contribute to financial initiatives and special projects

• Propose and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 2+ years of accounting or finance experience (healthcare or staffing industry a plus)

• Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of healthcare industry accounting practices is a plus
