Social Media Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a creative and audience‑focused Social Media Engagement Specialist to manage daily organic content, build strong engagement, develop short‑form video concepts, and grow communities across Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms. You will create on-brand content, support influencer collaborations, nurture online communities, and ensure every post aligns with audience behavior, brand voice, and engagement goals.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop and execute daily organic social media content tailored for brand audiences.
  • Manage Facebook and Instagram pages for brand accounts, ensuring consistent voice and engagement.
  • Create engaging, audience-first content including Reels, short-form videos, captions, and static posts.
  • Drive meaningful engagement: commentssharessaves, and DMs.
  • Nurture and manage online communities, responding to messages and conversations.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners for brand-aligned content.
  • Support content planning on TikTok and YouTube when needed.
  • Use creative tools such as CanvaCapCut, or Adobe to produce light visuals or video edits.
  • Support US-based brand strategies and adapt content to fit target audiences.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming, campaign ideas, and real-time content needs.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • 2–5 years hands-on social media experience, primarily organic content management.
  • Strong brand-side management of Facebook and Instagram (not personal accounts).
  • Proven ability to create audience-first content and understand platform behavior.
  • Experience driving real engagement across comments, shares, saves, and DMs.
  • Experience with influencers, collaborations, or community management.
  • Reels-first or short-form video mindset; familiarity with TikTok and YouTube.
  • Light experience with creative tools like CanvaCapCut, or Adobe.
  • Experience supporting US brands or agencies.
  • Basic awareness of organic vs paid strategyMeta Ads exposure is a plus.
  • Strong instinct for engaging female-leaning audiences.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized, proactive, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
