What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Provide high-quality remote IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems

  • Perform onboarding/offboarding and user provisioning (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Okta)

  • Manage endpoint configuration, compliance, and patching via Intune or similar tools

  • Troubleshoot hardware, network, and access-related issues

  • Maintain accurate documentation and update internal knowledge bases

  • Collaborate with global and U.S.-based teams to resolve technical issues

  • Communicate professionally with internal and client stakeholders

  • Escalate unresolved or critical issues following standard procedures


Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years in a Tier 2 IT Service Desk or desktop support role

  • Strong troubleshooting experience in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms

  • Solid knowledge of Azure AD and identity/access management

  • Familiarity with remote support and endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, RMM)

  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Ability to work independently during U.S. Pacific Time business hours
