What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Payroll & Reconciliation Support

  • Reconcile payroll entries from Paycom to the general ledger for accuracy and completeness.

  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies; assist with compensation allocations across departments and projects.

  • Calculate and audit commission payments.

  • Support internal and external payroll audits by providing timely documentation and data validation.

  • Assist in year-end payroll reporting.

General Accounting

  • Perform monthly reconciliations of key accounts (bank, payroll, prepaid, accruals, etc.).

  • Ensure transactions comply with U.S. GAAP and company policies.

  • Assist in the monthly close process and the preparation of internal financial reports.

  • Maintain an accurate and audit-ready chart of accounts across multiple entities.

  • Assist in tracking fixed assets and maintaining depreciation schedules.

Systems & Reporting

  • Manage accounting data, adjustments, and reconciliations in QuickBooks Desktop.

  • Utilize Excel and Power BI for financial reporting and data analysis.

  • Collaborate with the U.S. accounting team to improve data workflows and reporting accuracy.

Audit & Compliance Support

  • Prepare financial data and schedules for external audits.

  • Develop and maintain organized digital workpapers, backup documentation, and process SOPs.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and strengthen internal controls.

Collaboration & Development

  • Coordinate with AR, billing, and payroll teams to ensure accurate data handoff.

  • Communicate effectively using Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive with U.S.-based colleagues.

  • Participate in U.S. business hours team meetings and check-ins.

  • Gain exposure to client-facing responsibilities as needed.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including monthly close and reconciliations.

  • At least 2 years supporting a U.S.-based staffing company.

  • Experience supporting or reconciling U.S. payroll processes (Paycom experience preferred).

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control standards.

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
