You will support AP processing, build SOPs, manage workpapers, collaborate with U.S. Finance leadership, support due diligence, and ensure accuracy across QBO, Ramp, and related systems.

  • Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger across multiple entities.
  • Own the month‑end close process, including bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Prepare accruals, prepaid schedules, and supporting workpapers aligned with U.S. GAAP and ASC 606.
  • Prepare monthly budget vs. actual variance reports and written explanations.
  • Maintain audit‑ready records and prepare schedules for audits, investor reporting, and due diligence.
  • Build and maintain SOPs for recurring accounting processes using tools like Scribe.
  • Support systems and process improvements using Excel, Google Sheets, and AI‑enabled tools.
  • Collaborate with U.S.‑based Finance and Operations teams to maintain consistency across QBO, Ramp, and HubSpot.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of U.S. corporation accounting experience with background supporting SaaS companies or software‑related financial operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO), month-end close, journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, accruals, prepaid schedules, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606 revenue recognition, experience preparing workpapers, maintaining audit‑ready books, creating SOPs, and working with Spend AP tools such as Bill.com or Expensify; proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with Ramp, HubSpot, CRM-to-revenue flows, automation tools, or multi‑entity accounting.
  • Strong written English communication, high attention to detail, documentation discipline, ability to explain numbers clearly, collaborate with U.S. teams, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • CPA or CPA‑track and experience with investor reporting or HR‑Finance a plus.
