We are looking for a results-driven Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives that support strategic business decisions. This role serves as a key finance partner, delivering insights on P&L, revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures. You will collaborate with business leaders to develop strategies that improve performance and financial outcomes.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Act as the primary finance business partner and advisor, overseeing key areas such as P&L reporting, revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders and the DVP of FP&A to assess, drive, and recommend strategies that enhance financial performance across business units.

  • Lead regular financial reviews and discussions with stakeholders, developing action plans and strategies to surpass financial goals.

  • Oversee and continuously improve the planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly financial results processes.

  • Leverage Oracle EPM, Tableau, and Excel to deliver clear, accurate, and actionable financial analyses and insights related to sales, operations, and overall management.

  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring quality and consistency in recurring financial activities.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related business field is required.

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in senior-level financial analysis and business partnering roles, with a strong record of success and career progression.

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience working within multinational organizations.

  • Proven financial expertise, including hands-on experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial data to support decision-making.

  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience handling client, vendor, and service contracts.

  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with financial systems in global business environments.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable communicating complex financial information, including through presentations or audio formats.
