We are looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and financial analysis. You will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, managing budgets and forecasts, conducting variance and trend analysis, and presenting actionable reports to leadership. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate business cases, and guide junior analysts—all while ensuring compliance with financial standards and company policies.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that drive profitability and efficiency.

  • Create and deliver clear, data-driven financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Perform variance analysis by comparing actual results against forecasts and budgets, and provide meaningful explanations for deviations.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing, to align financial objectives and support business initiatives.

  • Assess business proposals, capital investments, and new projects using financial modeling and scenario analysis.

  • Support the growth of the finance team by mentoring junior analysts and sharing best practices.

  • Ensure all financial reporting complies with corporate policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.

  • Monitor industry trends and economic developments that could impact the company’s financial performance.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are a strong advantage.

  • At least 5 to 7 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights or similar tools).

  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and presentation abilities with a track record of influencing decision-makers.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
