We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing and managing approximately 300 claim cases daily across three key reimbursement categories: Damaged Warehouse, Refund Never Returned, and Wrong ASIN/FNSKU. Utilizing our proprietary automated system and case management tools, you will ensure accurate data entry, timely case resolution, and exceptional service to our partner brands. This position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, productivity, and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Process and manage approximately 300 cases daily using our advanced automated tools.
Review and validate data and documentation for accuracy and eligibility.
Categorize and file claims under the appropriate reimbursement type.
Monitor and follow up on case statuses to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail and meet performance benchmarks.
Collaborate effectively with team members and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain accurate records within our comprehensive case management system.

Who are we looking for?

At least 2 years of experience in data entry.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Clear and effective written communication skills.
