What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Support full-cycle accounting functions, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

• Perform monthly transaction reviews, with emphasis on inventory and subaccounts.

• Participate in month-end closing activities and prepare supporting reports.

• Contribute to monthly financial statement preparation and analysis.

• Assist with external audits and tax compliance documentation.

• Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts accurately and timely.

• Maintain and update inventory tracking spreadsheets.

• Identify opportunities for automation and assist with implementing process improvements.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 3 years of experience with general ledger and journal entries.

• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting regulations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• CPA certification preferred.

• Experience in manufacturing and ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica) is a plus.

• Ability to manage complex problems and build scalable processes.
