What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client retention and revenue growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account potential
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, analyzing performance metrics and providing actionable insights
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements in alignment with company objectives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Lead a team of account managers, providing mentorship and strategic guidance
  • Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and escalations to maintain high satisfaction levels


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
