What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Enter scheduling instructions in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Promptly take or respond to patient calls to establish or confirm appointments.

• Schedule patient appointments for consultations, evaluations, treatments, follow-ups, and re-evaluations.

• Collect new and existing patient insurance information for verification purposes.

• Support the maintenance and updates of patient medical records.

• Input data into various electronic systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Use appropriate scheduling codes for office and hospital-based procedures, ensuring correct provider, time, and location.

• Schedule diagnostic and imaging tests as needed.

• Confirm medical clearances prior to procedures.

• Conduct pre-procedure phone calls and confirm appointment details with patients.

• Review discharge instructions with patients.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 1 year of prior patient registration or scheduling experience.

• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team.
