We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support to support the end-to-end renewal process for US healthcare clients by managing quotes, tracking submissions, and ensuring accurate documentation. This role is ideal for candidates with BPO experience, strong data entry skills, and a customer-focused mindset who thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Identify and report process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of renewal processes, reports, and metrics.

  • Review client data to generate accurate, timely quotations.

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure client requirements are met and discrepancies are addressed.

  • Submit sold cases and manage related client communications.

  • Process case submissions and internal/external requests in the quoting system.

  • Send Broker Confirmations and follow up on outstanding items.

  • Stay informed about US healthcare policies and renewal standards.

  • Participate in meetings and support team goals through consistent performance.

  • Handle special tasks or assignments as needed.


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry; 2 years in BPO/call center preferred.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas with a shifting schedule (permanent Sat-Sun off).

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • Experience in US health insurance or healthcare customer service is a plus.
