We are looking for a Healthcare Sales Development Representative to support B2B lead generation efforts for our CPR/BLS training programs. The role involves identifying and reaching out to healthcare organizations through cold calling, managing email campaigns, following sales cadences, and updating lead activity in the CRM. You'll be responsible for building interest and routing qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Build and manage a targeted lead list of small businesses and organizations located near our training sites.

  • Conduct outbound calls and send introductory emails to engage prospective customers.

  • Use a qualification script to assess each lead’s needs, urgency, and identify decision-makers.

  • Accurately log all outreach activities and lead information in Zoho CRM.

  • Schedule follow-up calls or escalate qualified leads to the Sales or Operations team as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to stay updated on class availability, training options, and group scheduling procedures.


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in sales development, B2B lead generation within the healthcare industry, and outbound/cold calling.

  • Proven ability to execute email campaigns and engage prospects through multiple outreach channels.

  • Strong understanding of sales cadences, lead nurturing, and qualification frameworks.

  • Proficient in using CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM) for tracking activities and managing pipelines.

  • Excellent spoken English and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive tone.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

  • Coachable, proactive, and comfortable working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
