We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves handling inbound sales calls, assisting with order processing and quote creation, providing level 1 technical support, and following up with customers on quotes and orders. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a willingness to learn, possess a strong work ethic, and meet typing requirements of 35 words per minute. Additional duties will be assigned by the Sales Operations Leader.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Handle inbound sales calls and assist with order taking and quote creation.
Follow up with customers on quotes and orders.
Provide level 1 technical support.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt.
Exhibit a strong work ethic and dedication.
Meet typing requirements of 35 words per minute.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Operations Leader.

Who are we looking for?

2+ years of experience handling inbound sales calls.
Basic technical support knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Strong preference for candidates with NetSuite experience.
Typing speed of 35 words per minute (verified by typing test).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
