What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Manage Client Billing, Revenue Reconciliation, and Financial Close Activities using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com
• Reconcile QuickBooks Time Reports against client invoices on a per-client basis
• Handle Accounts Receivable Reconciliation and follow up on outstanding balances
• Support Month-End and Year-End Close Processes, including Profit and Loss Reconciliations
• Prepare Divisional Profit and Loss Statements and financial reports
• Process and manage client invoicing through QuickBooks Online and Bill.com
• Coordinate with third-party bookkeeping partners to ensure billable work aligns with client invoices
• Assume increasing ownership of end-to-end client billing operations
• Perform Bank Account and Checking Account Reconciliations
• Conduct detailed reconciliation of vendor accounts and client accounts receivable
• Reconcile Payroll Integration Postings within QuickBooks Online
• Support Cost Accounting Processes and reporting requirements
• Assist with new client setup and configuration in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com
• Identify opportunities for Accounting Automation, workflow enhancements, and process improvements related to revenue accounting and billing operations

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Additional accounting, finance, or systems training is an advantage
• CPA or equivalent accounting certification is a strong advantage but not required
• Minimum 3–5 years of Revenue Accounting, General Accounting, Billing, Accounts Receivable Reconciliation, or Month-End Close Experience
• Experience supporting Service-Based or Professional Services Organizations
• Experience working with Small to Mid-Sized Companies
• Experience collaborating with clients, vendors, bookkeeping partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, reconciliations, and financial close activities
• Advanced experience using QuickBooks Time for billing and revenue reconciliation
• Strong working knowledge of Bill.com and its integration with QuickBooks Online
• Experience with Client Invoicing, Accounts Receivable Reconciliation, Month-End Close, Year-End Close, and Profit and Loss Reconciliation
• Experience performing Bank Reconciliations, Vendor Reconciliations, and Payroll Integration Reconciliations
• Solid understanding of Cost Accounting Principles and financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reconciliation, reporting, and financial analysis
• Experience setting up new clients within QuickBooks Online and Bill.com
• Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence Tools, including Claude AI and QuickBooks AI
• Demonstrated ability to identify and support Process Improvement and Accounting Automation Initiatives
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong reconciliation and analytical abilities
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities
• Comfortable collaborating with leadership, external partners, and distributed teams
• Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
