We are looking for a compassionate, solutions-focused Retention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for students who are considering withdrawing from the program. Your mission will be to actively listen, understand their concerns, and work collaboratively with them to find a path forward—encouraging retention and supporting their success whenever possible.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for students expressing a desire to withdraw from the program.

  • Conduct one-on-one conversations to understand the root cause of their concerns—academic, personal, financial, or otherwise.

  • Provide empathetic and personalized support to help students overcome barriers to program completion.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all student interactions and outcomes in our CRM or student tracking systems.

  • Identify trends in student concerns and contribute insights to improve retention strategies and the overall student experience.

  • Follow up regularly with students to check progress, ensure satisfaction, and build continued engagement.


Who are we looking for?

  • College degree required.

  • 1 year of experience in student support, academic advising, counseling, customer service, or a related field preferred.

  • 1 year of customer service experience handling customer retention.

  • Experience working in an educational or training program environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or student information systems.
