What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Deliver service and support via phone, email, and internal case systems to end-users and dealers.
  • Address customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving connectivity, performance, and system setup.
  • Support post-sales activities, including installation, software training, troubleshooting, and warranty execution.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and technical resolutions in tracking software.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions to retain customers and enhance their experience.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in different situations and to diverse audiences.
  • Conduct follow-ups and scheduled callbacks as needed to ensure issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with users to identify root causes and guide them through solutions.
  • Perform other support-related tasks as required.


Who are we looking for?

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or technical support

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong active listening and attention to detail

  • Solid critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
