What is your mission?
As a Recruitment Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our organization's talent acquisition strategies and operations. You will play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent while ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Your focus will be on developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and driving excellence in the end-to-end recruitment process.
You will provide the best service to our partner
brands by performing these tasks:
1.
Recruitment Strategy
Development: Develop and implement
comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's
objectives. Identify innovative sourcing methods, leverage technology, and stay
updated on industry best practices to attract exceptional talent.
2.
Team Leadership and
Management: Lead and manage a team of
recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Set performance goals,
conduct regular coaching sessions, and foster a collaborative and
high-performing culture.
3.
Talent Acquisition
Process Management: Oversee the
end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and
exceptional candidate experience. Continuously evaluate and enhance processes
to optimize recruitment operations.
4.
Employer Branding and
Candidate Engagement: Develop and
execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation
and attract top talent. Foster positive candidate experiences through effective
communication, feedback, and relationship-building.
5.
Stakeholder
Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior
leadership, department heads, and hiring managers to understand talent needs,
develop recruitment strategies, and provide ongoing support. Build strong
relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
6.
Metrics and
Reporting: Establish key performance
indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track recruitment metrics,
including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire. Provide regular
reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
7.
Vendor Management: Manage
relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other
vendors. Evaluate performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with service-level
agreements.

Compliance and
Diversity: Ensure compliance with relevant
employment laws, regulations, and diversity initiatives throughout the
recruitment process. Promote equal opportunity employment and fair hiring
practices.
