What is your mission? 

• You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
• Build, maintain, and audit real estate financial models for acquisitions and dispositions
• Analyze property financials, including historical performance, budgets, and benchmarks
• Conduct reforecasting and help drive investment strategy updates
• Support due diligence efforts by reviewing property-level data and trends
• Perform market research and track macroeconomic and industry trends
• Assist in the development of custom tools to enhance underwriting processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on investment proposals and ad hoc analysis

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field

• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting or investment analysis

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and real estate financial modeling

• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
