What is your mission?

• Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts for IBM Sterling OMS workflows including regression testing and release validation
• Validate end-to-end order lifecycle processes such as order capture, modification, inventory availability, fulfilment, cancellations, returns, and exception handling
• Perform API and integration testing covering REST APIs, XAPI services, and enterprise system integrations, ensuring data accuracy and error handling
• Create and execute functional and regression test cases for new features, enhancements, and production fixes
• Investigate and document defects, perform root cause analysis, and support retesting and validation
• Prepare and manage test data for orders, customers, inventory, payments, and fulfilment scenarios across multiple environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain documentation for test cases, automation coverage, test results, and release readiness

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 2+ years of QA or test automation experience in enterprise applications
• Experience with IBM Sterling OMS or similar Order Management System, eCommerce, retail, or enterprise transaction platforms
• Strong knowledge of order management workflows including inventory, fulfilment, returns, and exception handling
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks
• Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, or equivalent tools
• Strong skills in SQL and data validation across databases, APIs, logs, and integrated systems
• Experience with Java-based test automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, BDD, Maven, or Gradle
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
• Experience testing enterprise integrations including ERP, WMS, CRM, payment, tax, and eCommerce systems
• Knowledge of performance testing, data-driven testing, and cloud-based testing environments
• Ability to work in Agile environments with developers, QA teams, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
