QA Automation Engineer, PLM

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer, PLM to build and maintain automated testing for enterprise Product Lifecycle Management workflows and ensure reliable system performance across complex business processes. This role focuses on test automation, end-to-end PLM workflow validation, Bamboo Rose configuration testing, and API and integration testing to support product setup, sourcing, supplier collaboration, and purchase order processes in a production-ready environment.


What is your mission?

  • Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts for Bamboo Rose and PLM workflows, supporting regression testing and release validation
  • Perform end-to-end testing for product setup, item management, attributes, approvals, sourcing workflows, supplier collaboration, purchase orders, and change management
  • Validate Bamboo Rose configurations, including workflows, roles, permissions, data flows, and process changes
  • Conduct API, data, and integration testing, ensuring data accuracy, error handling, and system behavior across connected enterprise applications
  • Investigate, document, and analyse defects, perform root cause analysis, and support retesting and validation
  • Prepare and manage test data for product, supplier, order, approval, and integration scenarios across multiple environments
  • Collaborate with QA, engineering, business, and vendor teams while maintaining test documentation, automation coverage, and release readiness reports


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of QA or test automation experience in enterprise applications
  • Experience with PLM systems, retail platforms, supply chain systems, product data systems, or sourcing tools
  • Familiarity with Bamboo Rose or similar platforms such as Centric PLM, FlexPLM, Oracle Agile PLM, or Siemens Teamcenter
  • Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks
  • Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, or equivalent tools
  • Strong SQL skills and experience validating data across databases, APIs, logs, and integrated systems
  • Experience testing product lifecycle workflows, supplier collaboration, purchase orders, approvals, and change management
  • Knowledge of Java-based test automation tools such as JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, BDD, Maven, or Gradle
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, or Bamboo
  • Experience working in Agile environments with regression planning, test reporting, and release validation
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, analytical, and collaboration skills
