We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support our real estate and construction management teams. This role ensures seamless coordination of schedules, budgets, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll play a vital part in tracking progress, maintaining compliance, and keeping all stakeholders aligned.​

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Schedule Management

  • Maintain project timelines using Smartsheet or equivalent tools

  • Monitor progress vs. plan; proactively follow up with stakeholders

  • Track permit and inspection milestones with government officials

  • Develop procurement and submittal schedules

  • Coordinate multi-agency permitting timelines

  • Identify long-lead items that may impact project timelines

Budget Tracking

  • Manage budget vs. actuals in Excel or QuickBooks

  • Prepare financial forecasts and monthly variance reports

  • Assist in client and lender requisitions with complete documentation

  • Evaluate and document change orders

  • Process contractor payments and value engineering documentation

  • Maintain contingency logs and track project reserves

Meeting & Documentation Management

  • Prepare briefing docs, agendas, and OAC meeting minutes

  • Facilitate design and value engineering reviews

  • Maintain organized project files and contact lists

  • Document site progress through detailed field reports

  • Track insurance, bonds, and permit compliance

  • Maintain change orders, due diligence, warranty, and turnover packages

Office & Project Admin

  • Manage project documentation systems and standard operating procedures

  • Process contracts and maintain digital organization

  • Create templates and build knowledge libraries for recurring project needs

  • Coordinate RFPs, vendor selection, and consultant onboarding

  • Support marketing, sales, and lease-up tracking

  • Assist with punch list and occupancy requirement follow-ups


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Construction, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years in real estate development, architecture, or construction

  • Experience in government, education, or multifamily sector preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office 365, and Excel

  • Experience with QuickBooks, Procore, or any ERP system

  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specs

  • Solid understanding of RFPs, value engineering, and construction admin

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
