We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support multifamily construction projects by managing documentation, scheduling, procurement, and administrative functions. This role is vital in ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

1. Project Documentation and Administration:

  • Create, process, and track purchase and change orders.

  • Assist with invoice processing to ensure accuracy and contract alignment.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.

  • Organize and update all project files for easy access and audit readiness.

2. Project Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Support scheduling of tasks and track deadlines to meet project milestones.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers on logistics and delivery schedules.

  • Help maintain project timelines aligned with overall goals.

3. Procurement and Logistics Support:

  • Assist in sourcing materials, equipment, and services for construction needs.

  • Monitor delivery timelines and inventory to prevent site delays.

  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure adherence to quality and project standards.

4. Project Tracking and Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.

  • Track expenditures and assist with budget compliance.

  • Generate reports highlighting project performance metrics.

5. Quality Control and Compliance:

  • Assist in implementing QA processes to uphold construction standards.

  • Track site inspections and report any quality issues.

  • Ensure work complies with safety and building regulations.

6. Administrative Support:

  • Provide essential support to Project Managers, APMs, and Engineers.

  • Manage daily project communications, meeting organization, and progress tracking.


Who are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in multifamily construction with a certificate, or 6+ years without.
  • Proficient in reading construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and project management software.
