What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Design and create product base artworks based on specifications from the Industrial Design Team

• Own artwork development from concept to production

• Revise existing designs to meet evolving customer expectations

• Produce product renders (2 views/product with color variations)

• Create and update Keyshot files and materials based on CAD data

• Use 3D software (e.g., Blender) to generate realistic soft goods textures and animations

• Collaborate with Creative Lead to define and meet project goals

• Log tasks in Smartsheets to track productivity and timelines

• Upload and tag final renders to the Digital Asset Management system

• Apply logos and graphics appropriately in Keyshot files

• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects across teams

• Maintain organized archives of final design files

• Support cross-functional teams including Product Management, CMF Design, and Industrial Design

• Assist in discovering new tools and resources for continuous design improvement

• Handle occasional ad hoc and design-related tasks

Who are we looking for?

• At least 1 year of experience in a related 3D design or rendering role

• Proficiency in Keyshot, Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Experience with 3D modeling tools like Blender or Solidworks

• Ability to create animations and realistic material textures

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Organized and consistent in digital asset management

• Willingness to support design requests beyond primary scope as needed
