We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to support day-to-day purchasing operations and ensure accuracy across procurement and payables processes. This role involves generating and managing purchase orders, reconciling invoice discrepancies, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and maintaining accurate financial records within an ERP environment.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Generate, review, and process purchase orders (POs) in alignment with internal requests and procurement policies

  • Collaborate with payables, finance, and operations teams to verify order requirements and ensure accuracy

  • Monitor open purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment

  • Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices

  • Maintain accurate PO records and ensure documentation is organized and audit-ready

  • Use Microsoft ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central) to manage procurement data and create reports

  • Assist in vendor onboarding and maintain updated vendor master data

  • Support continuous improvement projects in procurement, accounts payable, and supply chain operations

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and procurement best practices

  • Provide support during audits by preparing relevant procurement and financial documentation


Who are we looking for?

  • Holds a degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business

  • Has 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software (MS Business Central a plus)

  • Understands accounts payable processes and general accounting principles

  • Is highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

  • Can manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Works well independently and within a team environment
