What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Perform Payroll Tax Reconciliations for US federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with US Payroll Tax regulations across all supported entities.
• Support Month-End Close activities related to payroll accounting.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, documentation, and reporting.
• Utilize Advanced Excel for validation, analysis, and reconciliation tasks.
• Work in coordination with teams supporting US-based operations and shared services environments.

Who are we looking for?

• 4+ years accounting experience with direct payroll exposure (CPA preferred but not required).
• Strong knowledge of US Federal, State, and Local Payroll Tax.
• Experience in Payroll Tax Reconciliations and Month-End Close support.
• Experience using Workday.
• Exposure to multi-entity environments.
• Prior background supporting a US company or shared services.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for reporting and analysis.
• Strong data accuracy, attention to detail, and reporting discipline.
