We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist who manages and optimizes paid search campaigns to deliver strong performance and achieve client goals. This role focuses on keyword strategy, campaign management, performance optimization, reporting, and budget tracking. You will drive conversions through data-driven insights, automation opportunities, and continuous campaign improvements across search platforms.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop and implement keyword strategies and campaign structures aligned with client performance goals
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms
  • Perform ongoing campaign optimization, improving conversion rates and performance metrics
  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis to track progress against targets
  • Identify opportunities to implement automation and efficiency improvements within campaigns
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets and digital spend, ensuring alignment with performance goals
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations
  • Analyze key metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversion performance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates, tools, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign performance and strategic execution


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience managing paid search campaigns using Google Ads or Bing Ads
  • Hands‑on experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns with strong performance outcomes
  • Working knowledge of Google SA360, AdWords Editor, and Bing Ads Editor
  • Strong experience using web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, and data analysis techniques
  • Strong understanding of performance-based marketing strategies and conversion-focused campaigns
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience analyzing campaign metrics and providing actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and structured approach to campaign management
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in fast-paced environments
