Outbound Logistics Analyst I (CHARGEBACK)

We are looking for a Outbound Logistics Analyst I to review routing requirements, investigate chargebacks, identify non‑compliance, analyze logistics processes, and file disputes using supporting documentation. You will monitor logistics data, validate incidents, interpret vendor compliance rules, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and support daily operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance across the supply chain.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Review and implement customer routingshipping, and delivery requirements to prevent chargebacks.
  • Identify non‑compliance in internal and 3PL logistics processes and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and 3PL providers to investigate and validate logistics chargebacks.
  • Gather documents and evidence to file disputes or counterclaims.
  • Monitor and compile non‑compliance incidents and prepare reports.
  • File logistics claims and support day‑to‑day logistics operations when needed.
  • Understand the logistics network including shipping, transportation, and warehousing, becoming an expert in supply chain workflows.
  • Perform special tasks and assignments as required.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
  • Hands‑on experience handling chargebacks, disputes, validations, and documentation; experience with Amazon Vendor Central is preferred.
  • Strong experience analyzing logistics‑related data with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, structured analysis).
  • Ability to interpret vendor guides, compliance rules, and identify non‑compliance; familiarity with TMS/WMS and logistics flow is helpful; exposure to automation or BI tools is an advantage.
  • Strong English communication skills, attention to detail, investigative mindset, ability to translate data into insights, and manage multiple tasks.
