Operations Manager - Supply Chain

We are looking for a Operations Manager - Supply Chain who leads logistics execution, demand planning, and operational excellence across complex supply chain environments. This role focuses on 3PL management, forecasting and supply planning, inventory and order fulfillment, team leadership, customer service, and performance management. You will drive service levels, operational efficiency, and cross‑functional alignment while ensuring accurate planning, compliance, and continuous improvement.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Establish and manage third‑party logistics provider partnerships, focusing on service levels, cost control, negotiations, and continuous improvement
  • Drive logistics and warehouse process improvements to support business units and distribution needs
  • Ensure accurate receiving, inventory integrity, cycle counts, audits, and on‑time order fulfillment
  • Review and implement customer compliance guidelines, routing, and shipping instructions
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for logistics performance, productivity discussions, and key performance indicators
  • Lead and conduct team meetings to address issues, implement updates, and reinforce performance standards
  • Manage end‑to‑end demand forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with established forecast accuracy metrics
  • Analyze point‑of‑sale data, inventory levels, shipments, and demand trends across assigned channels
  • Track forecast variances and provide insight into root causes, trends, and future impacts
  • Prepare forecast reporting, promotional analysis, category reviews, and retailer‑specific analytics
  • Drive warehouse expansion planning by forecasting capacity, labor, and resource requirements
  • Build, develop, and lead high‑performing supply chain teams, including staffing, onboarding, and capability development
  • Ensure accurate account onboarding, offboarding, and order execution across operations
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply planning teams to ensure program accuracy and timeline adherence
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, checklists, and work standards
  • Lead monthly and quarterly operational reviews with stakeholders to align on priorities and performance
  • Track inventory, release management, and factory purchase orders across multiple locations
  • Support sales and operations planning reports and analytics
  • Act as the primary customer contact for supply chain matters, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction
  • Lead incident reporting, root cause analysis, and resolution management for non‑compliance or service issues
  • Drive a high‑performance, collaborative, and service‑oriented team culture


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain and operations management within retail, FMCG, or multinational environments, preferably in shared or global service models
  • Proven experience managing logistics operations, including 3PL providers, warehouse distribution, transportation, and vendor negotiations
  • Strong hands‑on experience with demand planning, forecasting, and purchase order management
  • Advanced knowledge of forecasting and planning tools, preferably Kinaxis or Demantra
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, and logistics systems
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for demand analysis, inventory planning, and performance measurement
  • Sound financial and budget management capability within operations environments
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams within matrix and cross‑functional organizations
  • Ability to lead process, technology, and operational improvement initiatives across teams
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse processes, including receiving, inventory management, shipping, and returns
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP systems
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
